changing the hostname

Use sudo hostname foobar, where foobar is the new hostname.
Personal experience
- Works in Kubuntu 17.10 on Snarky.
- Does not work in Lubuntu 18.04.
LineageOS
Use Settings > Developer options > Device hostname.
